As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Operations Assistant, to join our Sales team based in our Milan office.

**The role**

The Sales Operations Assistant role will cover a wide range of admin tasks, liaising with multiple departments within the company and providing support to the Regional Country Manager. The role will:

- support the Regional Country Manager with a number of admin tasks
- assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
- work on different Excel reports, using pivot tables and analysing Sales data
- ensure all relevant documentation has been received/presented to customers, check legal documents
- interact with the Sales department and support with back office activities
- managing the relationship with different BU (Legal, Finance, Delivery)
- take charge of sales queries and requests (commercial negotiations, payment discounts or extensions etc.)

**Requirements**:
Our ideal Sales Operations Assistant will have previous experience in a commercial fast paced environment, with an academic background in Economics or Business Administration.

As well as:

- knowledge/understanding of the digital sector
- outstanding communications skills
- English fluency and C2 Italian language proficiency (Spanish would be a plus)
- previous experience supporting Management (ideal)
- great problem solving skills
- ability to pick up information quickly

**Work pattern and location**
- Internship, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid (2 to 3 times a week in the office)
- Office based in Milano, near Lambrate station
