The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.Job DescriptionThe Tax and Accounting Manager will cover 75% Tax activities and 25% Accounting tasks.As Tax Expert will act as the primary tax advisor for Aumovio Italy being responsible for managing and overseeing the tax compliance and advisory activities for the company's operations. The resource will ensure that the company adheres to local tax laws, multinational tax regulations, and international tax agreements while providing strategic tax planning and insights to support business decisions. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s tax risks are effectively managed and its tax obligations are met efficiently.Main Tax related tasks will be as follow:Conduct thorough research and analysis on emerging tax legislative changes, providing advisory support to the managementEnsure the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, including VAT, VAT settlements, and periodic VAT declarations for Italyand subsidiariesSupport extraordinary, domestic, and cross-border corporate transactions, ensuring thorough review of contracts and compliance activities from both direct and indirect tax perspectivesManage continuous dialogue with Tax Authorities within the Italian cooperative compliance regime, including filing formal requests and risk communications on key tax mattersProvide tax advice and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirementsManage monthly payments of contributions and taxes through F24 formsUnder the supervision of the external tax advisor, calculation of indirect taxes, IRES, IRAP, and tax consolidation, as well as the preparation of other fiscal filingsPreparation and management of transfer pricing documentation at European levelAssistance in preparing the documents necessary for the calculation of current and deferred taxes and reconciliation of the tax rate of the Group companiesEnsure GlobalTaxCenter (GTC) reporting for Italian entities and coordinate inquiries with central departmentsMain Accounting related tasks will be as follow:General accounting entries and monthly accruals, contributing to the preparation of the monthly financial statements for group reportingSupport the preparation of the annual statutory financial statements in accordance with local civil law requirementsCoordinate the annual statutory audit process with external auditorsManagement of mandatory booksQualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForProficiency in tax research and document managementDegree in Economics, preferrably with a focus on taxationAt least 5-7 years of experience in tax, either in tax advisory firm or in tax departments of large Italian or foreign groupsItalian-native speakerSAP knowledge is preferredStrong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes matters and filling activitiesStrong knowledge of Transfer Pricing mechanisms and ability to work with Group to align VST mattersAbility to align tax strategies with corporate objectives and local tax regulatory landscapeFamiliar with VAT, direct and indirect taxes and transfer pricingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise management effectivelyProblem solving orientedAdditional InformationNegotiable gross annual salarywill be in the range €50.000 - € 60.000, with a full-time undetermined contract depending on the experience of the candidate.Ready to take your career to the next level?
