Il nostro cliente è filiale italiana di una multinazionale della domotica e degli automatismi nel settore della sicurezza, presente in Italia da oltre 40 anni. Ruolo Chi cerchiamo? Un/a Product Training Coordinator che coordini e presidi le attività di formazione tecnica rivolte a clienti e personale interno, con un focus sull’efficacia dei programmi formativi, l’allineamento con gli obiettivi di vendita e la gestione del team di formatori tecnici. Must have Esperienza nella formazione, preferibilmente tecnica, in contesti industriali o B2B; Inglese fluente. Cosa fa Progetta e sviluppa programmi di formazione tecnica per clienti, team di vendita, specialisti di prodotto e agenzie; Gestisce l’onboarding e la formazione continua su prodotti, tecniche di vendita e aggiornamenti di sistema; Collabora con i team marketing, tecnico e prodotto per creare contenuti formativi efficaci, anche per il lancio di nuovi prodotti; Identifica i bisogni formativi e valuta l’efficacia della formazione attraverso KPI e test; Coordina e supporta un team di formatori tecnici, garantendo coerenza e qualità dei contenuti formativi. Candidato ideale Laurea (preferenziale) o diploma; 4 anni di esperienza in ambito formazione, preferibilmente in contesti industriali/B2B ; L’esperienza in contesti di prodotti tecnici (non prodotto finito), preferibilmente in aziende del settore elettrico/elettronico o in ambito automazione, verrà considerata un plus; Esperienza in instructional design e nei principi di apprendimento degli adulti; Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (C1) ; Familiarità con i Learning Management Systems (LMS) e gli strumenti digitali di formazione; Ottime capacità comunicative, organizzative e di project management.
