Junior Business Development Associate EYE4NIR is on the lookout for a proactive and ambitious Junior Business Development Associate to support our commercialization and market expansion efforts. At the forefront of advanced imaging technology, backed by venture capital and recipient of the EIC Accelerator Award, EYE4NIR is pushing the boundaries of visible and short-wave infrared (SWIR) imaging and sensing to transform industries such as automotive, healthcare, and industry. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in bringing breakthrough imaging technologies to market and shaping the company’s growth strategy. Your Key Responsability Support go-to-market initiatives for cutting-edge SWIR imaging products. Research target markets, identify entry opportunities, and evaluate commercialization paths. Help define product positioning, pricing models. Engage potential customers, partners, and distributors to build early traction. Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with market needs. Prepare presentations, proposals, and materials for investors and partners. Represent EYE4NIR at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Your Skills Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Strong interest in technology commercialization and emerging hardware markets. Analytical mindset with a passion for translating innovation into business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
