Overview Location: Milan (Via Bisceglie, 66) with increasing presence at Sannazzaro de’ Burgondi site during construction Work mode: Hybrid (office-based with site visits; more on-site during construction phase) Start date: ASAP Duration: 6–8 months Extension possibility: Yes - September 2027 Languages: Italian (native), English (fluent) Contract type: Freelance / External workforce Project summary You will support a major EPC electrification project for an existing industrial plant in Northern Italy. The role focuses on coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring alignment between electrical, process, civil, mechanical, and piping disciplines, while maintaining project schedules and interfaces during the engineering and early construction phases. Main Responsibilities & Key Activities Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities with a strong electrical focus Manage engineering interfaces between internal teams, EPC partners, and external stakeholders Organize and lead coordination meetings Track engineering progress and support schedule adherence Support technical decision-making and resolution of engineering issues Interface with construction and site teams when required Ensure proper documentation flow and technical consistency across disciplines Experience Required Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Engineer or similar role Proven experience in industrial projects (Oil & Gas strongly preferred) Solid exposure to electrical engineering scope within EPC projects Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders Background in engineering phase support and interface management #J-18808-Ljbffr
