A Few Examples of Your Responsibilities Enhance user safety. Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns, and study compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring their seamless integration into products loved by millions. Implement our Trust & Safety framework. Adapt general best practices to product‑specific risks and needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features and workflows. Cooperate with moderation teams. Ensure clarity on evolving policies and streamline moderation processes, personally handling critical or sensitive escalations whenever necessary. Typical annual salary ranges are £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe, rising with experience.
