Application Specialist – Laboratory Solutions (Central Italy) (m/f/d) Join Siemens Healthineers as an Application Specialist for In Vitro Diagnostics Lab Solutions in Central Italy. You will support our specialty lines—Hemostasis, Hematology, and Plasma Proteins—through post‑sales problem solving, instrument installation, training, and performance monitoring.ResponsibilitiesProvide post‑sales direct problem solving and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction.Install instruments onsite and conduct customer training on Hemostasis, Hematology, and plasma protein assays.Monitor system performance, measuring key performance indicators.Identify and support new customer needs in cooperation with sales and internal support channels.QualificationsMaster’s degree in biology/biomedical laboratory techniques, biomedical engineering, or related field.1–5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to explain complex technical content clearly.Good fluent English (written and spoken).Willingness to travel and relocate within the assigned region.Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).We prefer candidates based in Lazio, Italy.Equal Opportunity Employer : Siemens Healthineers welcomes applicants with disabilities and is an equal opportunity employer.For privacy, please create a profile in our talent community rather than sending a CV by email.Recruitment agency: Siemens Healthineers manages recruitment internally; unsolicited submissions are not accepted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
