The group has its HQ in Paris and affiliates around the globe with teams in all key regions: North America, Europe and APAC.Have you recently graduated in STEM or are you a professional with a couple years of work experience looking to step into the field of Life Science digital transformation? Through a structured path entailing, on-the-job training and active participation in increasingly complex projects, you will work on international digital delivery and application management projects for high-profile customers in the Life Science world.Your Role In LifebeeIssue analysis and solution strategy definition;Deep knowledge of customization and integration of market-leading vertical software applications for Life Sciences;Managing Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes, in line with existing Service Level Agreements and international ITIL standards;Organise and plan all problem-solving activities through the different levels of support;Managing technical and application support requests through continuous technical collaboration with local and global software providers.Profile And SkillsSTEM degree preferred (i.e., biomedical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics);Good knowledge of IT architectures, coding languages, and MS Office productivity tools;Basic SQL programming language on MS SQL Server and Oracle DBMS.Motivation to learn and grow, also supported by senior colleagues;Fluency in Italian and English;Proactivity and curiosity.Analytical and problem solving approachNice To HaveTechnical skills in application development environments (i.e., Salesforce) and programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, C#...);Knowledge of IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in MES/EBR, LIMS, QMS, BPM, Workflow Management, Document Management, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines.AI/ML and Data science skillsWhat We OfferFull-time permanent employment contract (40 hours per week);Hybrid working arrangements;Continuous technical and professional development training to build an incomparable highly and widely recognized professional profile;Benefits package (Welfare, Health Insurance);Meal vouchers;Excellent internal growth opportunities;Competitive salary;Welcome kit.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
