Responsibilities During the development phase of new projects or revamping of existing plants: selection of process instrumentation and gas analysis systems in accordance with legislative requirements and corporate standards. For all Italian and foreign plants, coordinate with local technicians the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analysis systems and process instrumentation installed in the Group’s production units (Italy / Abroad). Provide onsite support for technical issues as needed. Define periodic and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate with unit technicians, support spare‑parts management and sourcing from suppliers, and plan periodic service activities with external contractors. Assist the Group’s production units during inspections by regulatory bodies involving analysis systems; prepare data sheets for control, verification, and calibration procedures for gas analysis systems and keep them updated according to regulatory developments and inspection findings. Plan upgrade and maintenance activities for instrumentation and installed systems to ensure long‑term functionality and compliance with market needs and technological evolution. Manage technical training for local technical staff and maintain relationships with suppliers of instrumentation and analysis systems. Requirements Proven experience in process instrumentation and gas analysis systems. Educational background with a specialization in Electrotechnics and / or Automation (a technical / scientific degree is considered a plus). Good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language such as French and / or German is a plus. Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
