Field Service Engineer

Per un gruppo di riferimento nel settore degli impianti e macchinari, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Field Service Engineer da inserire nel team tecnico-service. La Posizione La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile delle attività di installazione, collaudo, assistenza tecnica e manutenzione di macchinari e sistemi presso clienti presenti sia in Italia che all’estero. In particolare, si occuperà di: Installazione e avviamento di impianti e macchinari presso i clienti. Supporto tecnico, sia on-site che da remoto, per la risoluzione di problematiche tecniche. Interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, garantendo la piena operatività degli impianti. Esecuzione di collaudi funzionali e prove tecniche, in sede o presso il cliente. Formazione e affiancamento al personale del cliente sull’utilizzo e la gestione dei sistemi. Analisi guasti e risoluzione di problematiche complesse mediante strumenti diagnostici avanzati. Redazione di report tecnici dettagliati relativi agli interventi effettuati. Gestione del follow-up post-intervento, assicurando elevati standard di customer care. Collaborazione con i reparti R&D e produzione per il miglioramento continuo di prodotti e processi. Partecipazione alla pianificazione dei progetti, contribuendo alla definizione di attrezzature, risorse e attività operative. Diploma tecnico (elettronica, automazione, meccatronica o affini). Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in posizioni analoghe nel settore industriale. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata. Competenza nella lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici. Solida capacità di diagnosi e troubleshooting su apparati meccanici, elettronici ed elettromeccanici. Autonomia operativa, orientamento al problem solving e al cliente. Propensione al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione interfunzionale.
