Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: EL Customer Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment‑related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions. As well you will proactively communicate with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information. Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. What's more you will provide appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc.).The work model for the role is: Hybrid #Linkedin_hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Delivering effective solutions to customers with order management queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issueMonitoring the status of the requestEnsuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalationSupport the customer and act with integrity during the order activitiesEnsuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification, manage a correct flow with internal stakeholdersObserving the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areaQualifications for the role:Degree in Business administration, or administrative education similarAn agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issuesPreferential knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Excel.1-3 years in Administrative task in sales administration department or similar; Logistic center experience; Export proceduresA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skillsFluent spoken and written English and FrenchMore about us :Electrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services to electrify the world in a safe, smart and sustainable way.
