We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Electrification business. You will be responsible to provide technical, order and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and to improve customer satisfaction.
**This position reports to**:
EL Customer Operations Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Pro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
- Order Entry activities.
- Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Provides appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g., order changes, order completion, expediting, tracking and communication, blocks, and suspensions, etc.).
**Your background**:
- Degree in Business administration, or administrative education similar.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in written and spoken Spanish or French.
- Italian would be also considered as an advantage.
- Good in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access).
- Training in SAP or Salesforce CRM will be preferred.
