This position offers an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the data center industry. In this role, you will provide support to the Document Control Team, Project Manager and wider project team at our project site. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesDaily use of the company’s Document Management System (SharePoint system) and Project Electronic Document Management System (Autodesk Construction Cloud – ACC) – becoming an expert in its use and a go to point for any assistance the team requiresDetermine the document turnover process in line with customer and Exyte requirements for CSA and MEP systems in conjunction with the construction and commissioning teamsConduct an initial quality check of documentation to ensure completeness and compliance before forwarding for technical reviewMonitor and collate information on engineering deliverables such as technical submittals, red-line drawings, RFIAdministrative document processing, tracking of documents and drawings, as well as filing of internal documents and documents from suppliers and subcontractorsSupport project meetings by preparing presentations, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action itemsCollaborate with subcontractors and cross-functional teams as directed by the team lead or project managerPreparation of evaluations on the status of documentation progressShow your expertisesDegree in technical field (e.g., engineering, construction management, or related field)Initial experience in document control or within a construction or engineering environment is a plusPrevious administration experience within Data Centers is a plus but not requiredEagerness to learn and grow within the quality & commissioning fieldAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeVery good Italian and good English skills, both written and spokenContact Information *Would you like to become part of the Exyte team?
