Guidare la progettazione tecnica e la delivery dei progetti ServiceNow end-to-end Gestire l’onboarding di nuovi clienti e progetti, inclusi assessment tecnici Tradurre i requisiti di business in soluzioni ServiceNow scalabili e ben progettate Essere il punto di riferimento tecnico per clienti e team interni Supervisionare e contribuire alle implementazioni su ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC Garantire governance della piattaforma, allineamento ITIL e best practice Mentorizzare figure junior e mid-level e far crescere il team ServiceNow Collaborare con management e area commerciale per sviluppare la ServiceNow Practice Cosa cerchiamo Almeno 5 anni di esperienza sulla piattaforma ServiceNow Certificazione CSA obbligatoria (altre certificazioni sono un forte plus) Esperienza con Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Builder Esperienza su integrazioni (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP) Forti capacità analitiche e comunicative, anche in contesti client-facing Italiano e Inglese fluenti Pacchetto retributivo competitivo, commisurato all’esperienza Posizione full remote in Italia Autonomia e responsabilità su progetti enterprise Opportunità concrete di leadership e influenza tecnica Supporto continuo a formazione e certificazioni Clienti internazionali e ambiente collaborativo Cultura aziendale flessibile e orientata alle persone #J-18808-Ljbffr
