Pharma Point, per conto di un’azienda biofarmaceutica in forte espansione, attiva nell’area delle malattie rare, è alla ricerca di un Key Account Manager – Rare Disease Territorio: Nord Ovest + Sardegna (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta e Sardegna) La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire e sviluppare il territorio assegnato, con un approccio manageriale e orientato ai risultati. Sarà chiamata a consolidare le relazioni con gli stakeholder chiave e ad individuare nuove opportunità di crescita, in autonomia e con spirito imprenditoriale. Responsabilità principali Garantire l’accesso e il finanziamento dei prodotti a livello regionale e di account. Gestire le relazioni con stakeholder chiave (clinici, farmacisti, payer) e implementare il piano commerciale territoriale. Analizzare i dati di territorio per individuare opportunità e proporre azioni mirate. Collaborare con funzioni interne (Medical, Market Access, Marketing) per ottimizzare i risultati. Monitorare la concorrenza, partecipare ad attività commerciali e aggiornare i sistemi aziendali (CRM). Rispettare le procedure aziendali, incluse quelle di farmacovigilanza. Requisiti Laurea scientifica (requisiti D.L. 219 / 2006). ≥5 anni di esperienza in ruoli KAM / ISF nel settore pharma o biotech. Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche del canale ospedaliero. Orientamento all’autonomia, capacità di pianificazione e forte attitudine al problem solving. Energia, determinazione e voglia di lasciare il segno in un contesto in rapido sviluppo. Ottime doti relazionali, orientamento ai risultati e lavoro in team cross-funzionale. Buona conoscenza di inglese e strumenti digitali (Office, CRM). Residenza preferibile in Lombardia o Piemonte.
