Per la nostra sede di Assago (MI) siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire a supporto delle attività Comp&Ben all’interno della Direzione Human Resources. DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI All’interno del team HR, supporterai le principali attività di Compensation & Benefits con focus sul perimetro Italy , in coerenza con la strategia definita a livello Europe . In particolare ti occuperai di: supportare le analisi retributive (compensation fissa e variabile), contribuendo all’applicazione dei programmi di compensation e dei criteri di riconoscimento delle performance per la country Italy; collaborare all’applicazione degli aspetti normativi legati alle politiche retributive; gestire l’aggiornamento e la qualità dei dati HR sul sistema interno (SAP SuccessFactors ), interfacciandoti con HR Business Partner e HR Administration; supportare la reportistica e le analisi quantitative a supporto delle decisioni HR; contribuire allo sviluppo di tool e strumenti di analisi per migliorare l’efficacia e l’efficienza delle attività Comp&Ben. CHI CERCHIAMO Laurea in discipline economiche o affini (nice to have: Master in Human Resources & Organization); Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Forte interesse per le tematiche HR, in particolare Compensation & Benefits; Approccio analitico, flessibile e orientato al team working.
