Position Summary Main Responsibilities To Lead Opex process collaborating with functions, collecting data from them and performing monthly reports To Manage ICM (Capex tool) from a controlling standpoint and match data with HFM and our Erp SAP System To Manage Capex process in SAP (new assets, depreciation process, dismissals…) for Local and US Gaap purposes To Manage Pro-Lease System (US Gaap purposes), monthly update and reconciliation with SAP GL To Analyze actual data, checking variances and supporting functions to propose correcting actions Main opportunities and challenges: CONTRIBUTION IMPACT TO:Preparation of the rolling forecasts, budget and variance analysisDefinition and follow up with IT of the Improvements SAP neededImplementation of new Dana policies and provide studies required by ManagementMajor Internal Relationships:Local: Controlling, Accounting (local and shared services), HR, Purchase, ENG, IT and SG&AIntragroup: Finance BU and Corporate, Logistic, continuous improvement, other entitiesJob position requirements Education: University bachelor degree Graduate economics / accounting Professional background Controlling / Medium and Large companies / (favourite) Manufacturing Plants / 3 Years or more Italian and English language mandatory Knowledge of ERP Systems Considered as a plus: SAP FI-CO and/or other modules Stress resistant Join our team of 40,000 problem solvers who are fostering a culture of innovation by leveraging the diverse perspectives of our global team.
