HR Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist at @Fiamm Energy Technology S.p.A.For the Controlling area of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI) we are looking for a:Stage Controlling AssistantThe person will manage the following activities:Support Business Unit Controlling Managers and Senior Controllers in the collection, analysis, and verification of financial and operational data.Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards, with the objective of becoming autonomous in these activities.Extract and organize data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for financial reporting purposes.Help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering and consolidating information from various departments.Support monthly closing activities by collecting relevant accounting and operational inputs.Participate in cost analysis and margin analysis projects to support business decision‑making.Assist the Finance team with day‑to‑day controlling and administrative activities.Requirements of the position:​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.Good knowledge of Excel.Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (QlikView; Power BI) is considered a plus.Good command of English, both written and spoken.0‑1 years of experience in accounting/finance.Requirements of the person:Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Team player with strong communication abilities.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to keep financial information and plans confidential.Benefits : Monthly compensation, access to the canteen, flexible working hours.The searches are aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeInternshipIndustries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
