For the Controlling area of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI) we are looking for a:
**Stage Controlling Assistant**

The person will manage the following activities:

- Support Business Unit Controlling Managers and Senior Controllers in the collection, analysis, and verification of financial and operational data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards, with the objective of becoming autonomous in these activities.
- Extract and organize data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for financial reporting purposes.
- Help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering and consolidating information from various departments.
- Support monthly closing activities by collecting relevant accounting and operational inputs.
- Participate in cost analysis and margin analysis projects to support business decision-making.
- Assist the Finance team with day-to-day controlling and administrative activities.

**Requirements of the position**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (QlikView; Power BI) is considered a plus
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- 0-1 years of experience in accounting/finance.

- Ability to keep financial information and plans confidential.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €500,00 - €650,00 al mese
