Job DescriptionJoining the Dailymotion marketing team means taking part in the deployment of ambitious and creative multi‑channel campaigns to share positive and engaging messages with young people. We are looking for a professional to drive our sales efforts in the Italian market. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development of business within an assigned territory in Italy, focusing on targeted agency and advertiser accounts to exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators. Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with internal teams to maintain a shared vision when interacting with clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. Prioritize client satisfaction to foster renewal business and generate incremental revenue. Actively manage the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue projections to support business planning. Effectively communicate and represent Dailymotion's value propositions to clients. QualificationsMinimum of 4‑5 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong preference for video‑related sales. Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate Dailymotion's value to clients. Comprehensive understanding of the digital media and ad‑tech ecosystem, focusing on video and programmatic advertising. Existing relationships in digital media agencies, brands, media planners, and buyers. A driven, passionate, and collaborative team player. A proven track record of winning new business and consistently exceeding sales targets. Fluent in Italian and a good understanding of English.
