Per accompagnare questa evoluzione, siamo alla ricerca di una figura che fornisca supporto amministrativo al team Sales Flotte B2B.Nello specifico ti occuperai di :gestire il ciclo dell’ordine, con particolare attenzione alle specifiche tecniche e alle tempistiche;amministrare e monitorare i contributi dei dealer;gestire i rapporti con i noleggiatori e monitorare ordini, consegne e attività interne correlate;gestire la documentazione e le comunicazioni interne (PEC, flussi con la Pubblica Amministrazione);interfacciarti quotidianamente con il team Sales Operations e collaborare costantemente con le funzioni organizzative.Attività amministrative :gestione della fatturazione attiva e passiva;supporto alla contrattualistica e alla gestione degli allestimenti;controllo dei capitolati tecnici e della documentazione contrattuale;gestione dei rapporti con il cliente B2B per la gestione degli iter autorizzativi e documentali.Farai la differenza se :possiedi una Laurea Triennale e / o Magistrale, preferibilmente in materie economiche e / o Scienze e Tecnologie dei Trasporti;hai maturato un’esperienza di almeno 1 anno nella gestione ordini o in attività di back office nel settore Automotive, flotte;hai una buona conoscenza della catena distributiva Automotive, dei processi di omologazione e delle dinamiche Automotive B2B;possiedi ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;precisione e attenzione al dettaglio sono caratteristiche che ti appartengono.Orario di lavoro : full-time dal lunedì al venerdìTipologia contrattuale di inserimento : CCNL Commercio, RAL €27.000,00 – €32.000,00Sede di lavoro :Milano – Via Donatello 36 (Città Studi) / / da fine 2026 trasferimento in Milano – Via Privata Grosio 9 (Viale Certosa)Autotorino nasce in Valtellina nel 1965; è il primo dealer automotive del Paese ed unico italiano tra i principali 30 della ICDP 2024 European Biggest Dealer Guide.Nel 2024 ha venduto oltre 73.000 vetture e fatturato 2,65 miliardi di euro.Con 71 sedi e 2.950 collaboratori opera attraverso una rete di showroom ufficiali su 24 province in 6 regioni : Lombardia, Piemonte, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto e Lazio.A gennaio 2025 prende vita il primo progetto estero, con l’avvio operativo dell’acquisizione della concessionaria Mercedes-Benz Varsavia.Un Gruppo radicato nei territori e nelle comunità in cui opera, con una visione vocata a vicinanza, impegno e serietà, alla qualità e all’innovazione di modelli organizzativi e servizi, sostenuta da investimenti in formazione, ricerca e sviluppo.La selezione rispetta il principio delle pari opportunità (L. 903 / 77).#J-18808-Ljbffr
