Job DescriptionEssential Job FunctionsAssist in managing projects, ensuring they adhere to defined scope and project schedules.Collaborate with project teams to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables.Contribute to project progress monitoring and assist in issue and risk management.Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.Support the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.Actively contribute to the identification of process improvements and best practices.Assist in data collection and analysis for project performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar roleProven experience in project and program managementProficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and softwareA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther QualificationsAdvanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plusAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
