**Essential Job Functions**:

- Assist in managing projects, ensuring they adhere to defined scope and project schedules.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Contribute to project progress monitoring and assist in issue and risk management.
- Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
- Support the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the identification of process improvements and best practices.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for project performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in project and program management
- Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
