Aufgaben

Als Head of Accounting zählt folgendes zu deinem Aufgabegebiet:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten und dynamischen Buchhaltungs- und Bilanzierungsteams
  • Sicherstellung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Buchhaltungsprozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Genauigkeit
  • Erstellung, Analyse und Unterstützung bei laufenden Reportings sowie ad-hoc-Auswertungen für das Management
  • Verantwortung für die Monatsabschlüsse und Gewährleistung einer termingerechten Abgabe
  • Mitwirkung bei der Jahresabschlusserstellung gemäß UGB und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Finance-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse und Systeme
  • Direktes Reporting an den CFO
Qualifikationen
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, Studium, o.ä.) mit
  • Du hast bereits mehr als 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der (Bilanz) Buchhaltung sammeln können
  • Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit
  • Du beschreibst dich selbst als IT-affin & hast mit Excel und den Office Programmen gearbeitet
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit einer Rechnungswesen-Software (idealerweise DATEV) mit
  • Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse & gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung in der Tourismusbranche
