Unser Auftraggeber ist ein international tätiges, technologisch führendes Unternehmen, das mit innovativen Softwarelösungen neue Maßstäbe setzt. Zur weiteren Stärkung des Entwicklungsteams suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit fundierter technischer Expertise, die die Softwareentwicklung für Cloud-Produkte strategisch und operativ weiterentwickelt.

Die Aufgaben

  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Software-Strategie für Cloud-basierte Lösungen
  • Führung & Team-Management: Leitung eines interdisziplinären Entwicklerteams am Standort Brixen, Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Architektur & Entwicklung: Definition und Implementierung moderner Softwarearchitekturen sowie technischer Standards für eine leistungsstarke und skalierbare Cloud-Plattform
  • Projektsteuerung: Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung komplexer Softwareprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
  • Technologie-Scouting: Beobachtung und Evaluierung neuer Technologien, um innovative Lösungen und moderne Entwicklungsmethoden kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwicklungsbereichen zur Integration von Cloud-Technologien ins bestehende Ökosystem

Das ideale Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareprojekten, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt IoT, Cloud-Technologien oder industrielle Anwendungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Softwarearchitekturen, Entwicklungstechnologien und agilen Methoden
  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein Team technisch und methodisch weiterzuentwickeln
  • Strategische und analytische Denkweise, kombiniert mit einer hands-on Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
