Responsibilities Oversee financial and tax due diligence for acquisitions and related restructuring activities; support and lead post‑M&A integration, ensuring smooth financial, operational, and reporting alignment. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, maintain precision across all financial records, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage budgets and achieve financial objectives. Help prepare board meetings and minutes; own financing to support M&A, engaging with banks, investors, and institutional stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards, tax regulations, and fiscal requirements; establish and enhance internal controls to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency; facilitate both external and internal audit processes. Optimize and manage equity plans, ensuring effective implementation; provide support to Spooners by addressing questions and requests related to their equity plans. Identify fiscal incentives and design the group’s intercompany flow strategy. Qualifications Reasoning ability: solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and take care of the details that matter. Drive: extremely ambitious, initiative, effort, tenacity match the intensity of ambition, deep sense of responsibility, high bar. Team spirit: give generously, no expectation of return, support the best idea, reliable, honest, transparent. Proficiency in English: read, write, speak proficiently.
