The company embodies innovation and ambition, with significant growth potential in a dynamic market.LocationMilan / RomeOverviewAs the Media & Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing media planning and partnership initiatives, overseeing campaign performance, driving impactful results, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, legal guidelines and brand standards.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the execution of cross‑channel media strategies including programmatic campaigns, media buying, and coordination with key media partners.Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimisation by coordinating with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics) and external partners/agencies.Manage end‑to‑end execution and delivery of media and partnership campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, creative assets delivered, and coordination with internal and external partners runs smoothly.Monitored campaign delivery, track performance, optimise media spend using data insights and attribution models to support investment decisions.Support management of media and strategic partnerships, and activation of co‑branded initiatives.Ensure compliance with industry regulations (AgCom/IAP), manage contracts, intellectual property rights and legal documentation related to media and partnerships.Collaborate closely with creative, brand and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all campaigns and communication channels.Required QualificationsHands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as programmatic, display, video and social media.Proficiency with media buying and analytics tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads Manager, Sistrix, and Google Analytics.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimise campaign performance.Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in both Italian and English.A flexible, adaptable approach and a collaborative mindset within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel within Europe as required by business needs.BenefitsA dynamic environment within the world’s largest online gaming group.Opportunities for learning, growth and cross‑country collaboration.Meal allowance.Supplemental health insurance.Additional PerksAn inclusive work culture with access to our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.Well‑being support: meditation courses, online medical services and counselling with certified coaches and psychologists.Learning & Development: training platforms, workshops, conferences and our FlexiLearning programme (4 hours per month dedicated to learning).Parental leave packages offering additional financial and practical support.Volunteering during working hours.More About UsRead our blog “Inside” to hear directly from our employees: Inside.Reviews and comments from our Glassdoor and Indeed pages—add yoursEqual OpportunityFlutter SEA is an Equal Opportunity Organisation.
