You will complete a crucial role in crafting and implementing the strategy for acquiring and engaging new customers across online channels, multi-channel affiliations, and vibrant community initiatives. You will drive balanced growth by optimizing the customer journey, refining online acquisition strategies, and ensuring that new customers exceed quality and value targets. Your leadership will be crucial in demonstrating performance and dedication to long-term brand loyalty, using data to deliver impactful results.LocationRomePorcari (LU)What you’ll doLead, encourage, and build a high-performing Online Customer Acquisition team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence while collaborating closely with the Sisal counterpart to bring to bear shared insights.Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships within the affiliate market to increase customer acquisition through key external channels.Define and steer the strategic direction for the affiliate program, negotiating high‑value deals, and develop compelling remuneration models and incentive structures.Develop “Programmatic” activities coordinating the execution and the planning in order to increase the New Customer Acquisition and optimizing the CPA (Cost per Acquisition) of this channel.Defining and leading SEO and ASO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversion rate and improve search engine rankings SEO and ASO. Collaborate with the Insights team to rigorously analyze acquisition performance, making data‑driven decisions to optimize resources and improve performance. Engage with the global Flutter Customer Acquisition community, sharing knowledge and standard methodologies to continuously elevate our strategies.What you’ll bringA proven experience in customer acquisition, with a consistent record in SEO, affiliate marketing, programmatic and/or digital growth strategies.Expertise in regulated markets, particularly in gaming, digital, or other highly competitive sectors.Deep experience in leading and optimizing affiliate programs, including negotiation, performance tracking, and building long‑term partnerships.Outstanding analytical competence with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Knowledge of customer onboarding practices and improvement of user journeys to improve customer lifetime value and happiness.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and team members.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian.Enthusiasm and willingness to travel and go on business trips.#J-18808-Ljbffr
