The Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for: Identifying key companies within the assigned region and key people within the target accounts with the Market Research team. Actively searching and prospecting new potential clients. Generating sales appointments and managing sales pipeline (e.g. generate emails for Outreach.io, make cold-calls to accounts on the assigned Bounty List). Handling lead management and CRM activities using Salesforce.com Developing and maintaining territory plan from your assigned geography. Weekly reporting on territory updates, industry trends, regional insights, competitive landscape, etc. Actively developing, innovating, and participating in the Sales Development projects, programs, and processes. Ideal Profile: You have a degree in business, economics, political & social sciences (or a similar field) with at least 1 year in business development or sales-related positions. You have solid experience in lead generation, account management, or sales ideally within a SaaS environment. You are comfortable working with Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You possess a strong time management skills and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. You are an independent, self-driven, and result-oriented person. You are eager to learn and put interest in technology sales and new communication technologies. Experience in CRM (especially Salesforce.com), would be a plus. What's on Offer?
