Talent Acquisition Specialist w LKQ EuropeThe Business Process Expert (BPE) Record-to-Report (R2R) will take responsibility for monitoring and analyzing operational performance and making recommendations for RTR process improvements.Working at European level and undertaking regular travel, this role will use expertise and experience to optimize specific and complex subjects within the RTR process while increasing operational harmonization, effectiveness and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesContributing toward the achievement of business objectives through harmonization and optimization of end-to-end (E2E) RTR processes and continuous improvementSupporting the Business Process Owner (BPO) by providing fact-based insights throughout the lifecycle of processes and enhancementsMonitoring operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement within both the subject of expertise and the overall RTR processAdvising the BPO and Business Process Manager (BPM) regarding further development, harmonization and implementation of their respective processCoordinating with stakeholders to discuss, align and prioritize potential process optimization activitiesWorking with BPOs and BPMs to promote a mindset of quality, excellence and continuous improvement throughout the companySupporting cost reduction activities through RTR process optimization at both regional and European levelEnsuring that localization and optimization of RTR processes is within the European templateWorking to ensure RTR process compliance and escalating as appropriate in the event of risksSupporting the execution of transformation and project roadmaps for Record to ReportSkills and Experience neededBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting5+ years of experience in General Ledger with solid knowledge of end-to-end accounting (AR, AP, GL)Proven experience in transformation projects and implementing new process standards in complex organizationsStrong ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders and lead change management initiatives to ensure successful process adoptionGood understanding of business principles, operational processes, and organizational structuresKnowledge of process improvement methodologies; Lean/Six Sigma is a plusAnalytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvementsExperience with process modeling and automation tools preferredProject management experience is an advantageFluent in English; additional languages are a plusDo you feel that 60% of the role aligns with your skills?
