You will contribute to our future as an AI player in the Energy Transformation industry. Responsibilities Designing and developing generative AI models, including but not limited to LLMs, VLMs, GANs, and multimodal LLMs. Conducting and driving forward innovative research in the field of generative AI, leading the team in exploring new methodologies and technologies. Working closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate new generative models into existing AI systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing performance. Developing and testing software components according to customer and technical requirements. Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on the impact of generative AI initiatives on the business. Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a specialization in generative models. Proven experience in the development and deployment of generative AI models. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different disciplines. Proficiency in Python and AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and transformer architectures. Demonstrated skill in working effectively in a team setting. Demonstrated critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Strong presentation and influencing skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions. Natural communicator, engaging stakeholders at all levels. Motivated self‑starter who promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross‑functional environment.
