Then come and join our EMEA team as POC Area Sales Professional Lombardia . We are looking for a highly motivated and hands‑on commercial/sales expert to join our fast‑growing and powerful team. This is a varied and dynamic role driving the growth in the field of Point of Care. Based in Italy, the position reports directly to the POC Sales Manager and will collaborate with the POC Marketing team. Your tasks and responsibilities Market Monitoring (≈20%): Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitors’ activity in the assigned area, and assess sales performance and customer satisfaction. Sales Activities (≈60%): Develop an annual sales plan, achieve sales and commercial targets, manage sales opportunities and quotations with CRM, establish relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders, maintain a constant presence on the accounts, manage the entire sales cycle (pre‑sales presentation, product demonstration, delivery), implement marketing initiatives in coordination with the Sales Manager, discuss annual targets, target external customers with appropriate collateral, suggest actions to improve sales performance, and actively participate in regional sales training and national sales meetings. Tender Activities (≈20%): Evaluate tender documentation in cooperation with Marketing, define appropriate strategies, and suggest price strategies for offers and tenders based on market trends and competitor pricing. Your qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health sciences, nursing or a related clinical field; a Ph.D. or postgraduate studies is a distinct advantage. Previous experience in In‑Vitro Diagnostics/Point of Care Diagnostics in a similar role or a solid understanding of the healthcare system. Additional professional education skills desirable, notably business acumen. Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver a confident message to a multicultural and diverse audience (employees/peers, physicians, nurses, C‑suite/purchasing, and other medical professionals). In‑depth knowledge of the Italian market and confident connection to relevant key opinion leaders.
