Senior Recruiter LaPetrarca Srl , operante nel settore delle costruzioni pubbliche, ricerca unSenior Recruiter .Si invitano i candidati interessati ad inviare il proprio curriculum vitae in formato europeo all’indirizzo email:Missione del Ruolo Gestire in autonomia l’intero ciclo di selezione del personale, con particolare attenzione a profili tecnici e manageriali del settore edile/costruzioni, contribuendo al rafforzamento della struttura aziendale e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di crescita.Principali ResponsabilitàDefinire insieme al management i fabbisogni di personale in termini di ruoli, competenze e tempistiche.Redigere e pubblicare annunci di lavoro su portali, social e canali specializzati.Gestire in autonomia l’intero processo di ricerca e selezione (screening CV, colloqui telefonici, individuali e di gruppo).Condurre colloqui tecnici e comportamentali con metodologia strutturata (es. STAR, competenze core).Coordinare eventuali società di head hunting o agenzie per la selezione di profili complessi.Garantire un’esperienza positiva ai candidati durante tutte le fasi del processo.Supportare la Direzione nella definizione di pacchetti retributivi e offerte di lavoro.Creare e mantenere undatabase aggiornato di talentida coinvolgere in future selezioni.Monitorare KPI di recruiting (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, qualità delle assunzioni).Contribuire allo sviluppo dellaemployer branding strategyaziendale.FormazioneLaurea in Psicologia del Lavoro, Scienze delle Risorse Umane.Master o corsi specialistici in HR Management o Selezione del Personale (graditi).EsperienzaAlmeno5 anni di esperienzain ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in aziende del settore costruzioni/ingegneria o in società di selezione/head hunting.Competenza consolidata nella ricerca di profili tecnici (ingegneri, capi cantiere, tecnici di ufficio, project manager).Ottima conoscenza dei processi di selezione e delle principali tecniche di colloquio.Conoscenza degli strumenti digitali di recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).Capacità di valutazione delle competenze tecniche e trasversali.Buona padronanza dei contratti di lavoro e delle normative HR di base.Inglese professionale (gradito).Eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative.Orientamento al risultato e al rispetto delle tempistiche.Capacità di influenzare e negoziare.Precisione, organizzazione e riservatezza.Visione strategica combinata a operatività.Opportunità di Crescita Il ruolo di Senior Recruiter può evolvere verso:Inclusività e Diversity La nostra organizzazione opera nel rispetto della parità di genere e promuove i principi di inclusività e diversity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
