Your future role You will join Nexi’s IT team in Milan or Rome in a hybrid work model, contributing directly to the excellence of our digital services. In this role, you will act as the link between technical operations and strategic analysis, coordinating external partners and internal teams to ensure flawless performance and drive continuous improvement. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who want to combine ITIL methodology with technical expertise. Your main responsibilities will include Managing IT service operations (Incident, Problem, Change Management) following the ITIL framework. Analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for service optimization. Developing small tools or automation scripts (Python, SQL, SOQL, Apex) to enhance internal efficiency. Coordinating external vendors and technical teams to ensure full compliance with SLAs. Actively contributing to the evolution of ITSM processes and monitoring metrics. Participating in digital transformation projects and migrations to Cloud environments. Qualifications required to succeed in this role Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework (Foundation certification is a highly appreciated plus). Solid experience with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management. Technical skills in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for data analysis. Excellent command of technical English (B2 level) for international contexts. Additional skills and experiences that will help you stand out Ability to create dashboards and advanced reporting using BI tools (Power BI or Tableau). Basic understanding of Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong problem-solving attitude and curiosity for new technologies. Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and a hands-on approach.
