IT Service Manager – Padova We are hiring a seasoned IT Service Manager for our office in Padova. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management and a proven ability to lead service delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the delivery of Managed Services for assigned clients. Guarantee service quality by monitoring SLAs and KPIs. Coordinate service, troubleshooting, and support activities. Prepare Service Reports and conduct Service Reviews. Develop Problem Management and Service Improvement plans. Act as the focal point for customer needs and issues, liaising with internal Operations Teams. Implement projects to improve IT processes, systems, and operations. Manage customer expectations and relationships. Apply the latest ITSM best practices and technologies. Implement Service Risk Management & conduct fire‑drill tests. Support the revision of the annual budget for clients. Qualifications University Degree or Master in Engineering, Science, or Technology. Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken). Deep knowledge of IT Service Management framework and best practices. Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, planning, and risk‑management skills. Excellent relational skills to interface with internal teams and customers. Proficient in MS Office and related software.
