Is looking to support this growth and to strengthen its executive leadership, and t is seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to play a central role in the strategic and operational management of the business, with a clear succession pathway in place. Duties Include : Leading Instalmec’s business activities in drying technology ("Trocknungstechnik") and gluing ("Beleimung"), with full accountability for performance and growth Defining and executing a robust strategic business plan to expand market share, revenue, and profitability Providing oversight of operations, R&D, production, and business development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Taking full responsibility for P&L management, financial performance, budgeting, and cost control Ensuring the long‑term profitability, sustainability, and financial health of the business Building, maintaining, and strengthening long‑term relationships with key customers, particularly in core and strategic markets Acting as a senior representative of the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Working closely with the Board and shareholders on leadership development and succession planning The preferred candidate must have proven executive‑level experience in industrial manufacturing. As well as fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). Strong P&L management experience and ability to manage a mid‑sized company. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
