As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long‑term relationships with consultants and partners as well as promoting Johnson Controls products and solutions.How You Will Do ItEstablishing an ongoing partnership with the consultants and partnersManaging proposals ensuring a quote meets customers’ application and operational needsPreparing quotations that are technically accurate, on time, and commercially verified, offering the best all‑round solutionValidating assumptions made during promotion meetings and building a detailed cost estimate and scope of workPreparing proposals and other consultant‑partner communication documentsProviding risk analysis for the complete solutionUnderstanding the full range of JC offerings and their applications in customer solutionsDevising multiple offering to meet specific program requirementsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with consultants and partnersAssisting in identifying specification issues or interpretation discrepancies and providing solutions to resolveWorking with the appropriate sales team to develop an understanding of customer requirements, critical areas and needsReviewing estimates with the appropriate operations & sales team to get mutual agreement on estimateInvolving estimators and PDE in developing offering and bundle solution in accordance with operations and sales teamOwning the JC value proposition to consultants and partners by continuously optimizing the link between consultant‑partner operation and our business objectives, needs, requirements, and the JC solutions to provide a total value solution and competitive advantageUnderstanding & applying knowledge of competitor’s business products & solutionsWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent through experienceFive or more years’ experience in building systems (BMS and Integrated solutions) or operational processesDemonstrated strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust and commitmentDemonstrated commercial attitude to establish partnership with customersDemonstrated ability to influence consultants in their technical projects choicesStrong teamwork attitudeComputer literacy, particularly with MS Word and ExcelFluent Italian & English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)Ability to work under pressure while ensuring deadlines are metOur Benefits We offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
