Head of new Products @Class Editori - Appassionata di editoria e innovazione digitaleDescrizione del ruolo:Class Editori, pioniere nel lancio del primo agente autonomo basato su GenAI in ambito editoriale in Italia , è alla ricerca di un Senior AI Engineer con esperienza nello sviluppo e nella messa in produzione di modelli di machine learning e generative AI.La figura sarà coinvolta nella progettazione e guida tecnica degli sviluppi futuri di MFGPT e nella realizzazione di nuove soluzioni AI a supporto dei prodotti e dei processi editoriali del gruppo.Responsabilità principali:Progettare, sviluppare e ottimizzare modelli di machine learning e generative AIScrivere codice di alta qualità e integrarlo in ambienti di produzioneGestire pipeline di training, validazione e deploy di modelli AI su infrastrutture cloudCollaborare con i team di prodotto e sviluppo per individuare nuove opportunità di applicazione dell’AIContribuire all’evoluzione dell’architettura di MFGPTe delle altre piattaforme AI interneFornire supporto tecnico e mentoring ai profili junior del teamLaurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica, Statistica, Fisica o discipline affini (PhD considerato un plus)Esperienza di almeno 2 anninello sviluppo e nella messa in produzione di soluzioni AI/MLOttima conoscenza di Python e dei principali framework di machine learning e deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, ecc.)Esperienza con servizi cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure), strumenti DevOps/MLOps e sviluppo di API (REST/GraphQL) per l’esposizione di modelli AICapacità di progettare e ottimizzare architetture scalabili per modelli AIAttitudine proattiva, voglia di innovare e interesse per il settore media/editorialeRuolo chiave in un team AI all’avanguardia nel panorama editoriale italianoPossibilità di contribuire direttamente all’evoluzione di MFGPTe di altri progetti basati su GenAIAmbiente di lavoro dinamico e meritocratico, con spazio per sperimentare e proporre nuove ideeSede di lavoro a Milano (modalità ibrida)#J-18808-Ljbffr
