The National Account Manager will be also responsible for 1 direct report.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Coordination: Coordinate and guide the team involved in commercial execution, ensuring alignment across field teams and internal functions.Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiationsPlanning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progressSales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the commercial expansion of the discount channel.Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managedCustomer needs: Understand customer needs and requirementsClient retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clientsCustomer service: Resolve customer complaints promptlyInternal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teamsWhat You Need To SucceedExperience in managing peopleStrong result orientationExcellent interpersonal skillsProactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentalityProblem solving and flexible reasoningDynamismAbility to work in a teamBachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplinesMinimum 6/8 years of experience in the sales businessWhat You Can ExpectA unique mix of global scale & start-up spirit—€7.9 bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
