Your Role And Responsibilities Support the development of the planning and fulfillment‑related processes, skills and tools. Support performance improvement, including customer on‑time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization. Execute daily, plant‑level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules. Monitor schedule adherence, identify key root causes for deviation, and take follow‑up improvement action. Support Planning & Fulfillment team in aligning material availability to production targets; responsible for stock profile and segmenting the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management, defining inventory policies according to this segmentation. Collaborate with Buyers to obtain the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on‑time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, and flexibility. Support organization in reaching inventory targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Manage MRP exception messages on a daily basis; support cycle counting and/or year‑end inventory counting. Qualifications For The Role Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of SAP. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar are a plus). Ownership, problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach. Teamwork attitude, good communication skills and courage. Ability to communicate in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
