About the role: We are looking for a Pre Sales Technical role that will work in the specific solution/technology area of VMware/Lenovo . The person will be the subject matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners. Main Responsibilities: Ability to work with sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues Educate internal and external audiences about products/Technologies Understanding and application of vendor promotions Knowledge Skills and Experience 2-3 years experience Relevant experience in Lenovo/VMware technologies is idea Strong attention to detail , priority management and planning skills .
