What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Advisor, you’ll help Italian‑speaking customers with their questions always with empathy, patience, and a smile. You’ll be guided by training, supported by your team, and grow your skills every day. ️ Your daily tasks will include: Answering customer questions via phone, email, or chat Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided) Keeping things friendly, clear, and professional Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier Being a brand ambassador customers can count on You Don’t Need Experience Just the Right Mindset Fluent Italian English at a conversational level (B2) Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn Ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends) Positive, patient, and enjoy talking to people Open to new challenges and want to grow Bonus points if: You’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer‑facing role You’ve helped friends/family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues How We’ll Support You From day one, you’ll receive: Full training (paid) no experience needed Support from mentors, team leaders, and your new colleagues Opportunities to learn and grow within the company What We Offer We know relocating and starting something new can be a big step that’s why we’ve made it easy for you.
