As we grow, we are seeking team members that embody these values.Position Overview: Krystal Biotech, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Gene Therapy Lead with relevant commercial field experience in rare disease launches. The Field Lead will play a major role in bringing our groundbreaking treatment into the lives of patients across Southern Italy.Main Responsibilities:Define and implement solutions to improve the patient journey in line with company strategy, e.g. disease awarenessEngage in long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders to bring value to the entire EB ecosystemEnsure the proper administration of the drug by training respective HCPsIdentify breakpoints in the care pathway in order to prioritize and develop the most relevant actions based on the defined strategyEstablish label‑based product related knowledge with HCPs at Reference and Competence Centres as well as with office‑based HCPsExecute product and disease related programs, exhibits across reference centres, priority institutions, congresses and eventsTrain respective HCPs for the preparation and administration as per label to ensure best‑in‑class home administrationAchieve sales goals in the assigned territory through promotion of B‑VECTM to the HCPs involved in the diagnosis, management and treatment of DEBDevelop and own territory account plans leveraging appropriate internal stakeholdersCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure access to care and availability of all necessary logistics to provide drug administration and build EB network and patient support awarenessGenerate evidence and insights related to patients’ journeyWhat we expect:Scientific background preferred – Diploma in Science (pharmacy, MD, MS, nurse diploma)Experience in rare diseases is required, experience in wound care or dermatology is a nice to haveMastery of care pathways, project management and collaboration in a cross‑functional organizationAbility to take initiatives within a strategic and compliance frameworkAgile, good at networking and able to build strong professional relationships with respective stakeholdersActive listening, questioning, empathy and concern for the customer experienceEntrepreneurial spirit with a strong ability to prioritize, coach and consultFluent in English, high proficiency in Italian at mother‑tongue levelComfortable with significant extent of travelKrystal Biotech, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affinity Action Employer.
