WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES : At least 18 months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment, with 12+ months of store management responsibility. Good understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management, and strong training skills. Degree in management preferred. Analytical skills to maximize store profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process-oriented mindset. Decision-making skills. Ability to understand and respond to store needs. Time management skills. Team leadership: ability to plan, organize, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experience. Fluency in English (B2 level or above). Please submit your CV in English. The first interview will be conducted in English. Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI. YOUR ACTIVITIES : Build and lead a diverse and inclusive team through recruitment, planning, coaching, and motivation, serving as a role model for excellent customer experience. Take ownership of personal and team learning by completing relevant training and applying knowledge on the shop floor. Create and promote a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing data and trends, and addressing improvement areas to maximize store profitability. Oversee and manage all store operations, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and inventory processes.
