We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support both our Corporate Functions and Retail operations, with a specific focus on our Factory Outlet Stores in the North-East region. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives to enable business success through organizational excellence, employee engagement and inclusive practices.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate FunctionsAct as a strategic HR partner to corporate departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, General Services, supporting workforce planning, talent development and organizational design).Lead performance management processes and support leadership teams in driving a high-performance culture.Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with business needs.Provide guidance on employee relations, compensation reviews and internal mobility.Lead employee experience projects and initiatives with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and cultural onboarding.Retail – North‑East Factory Outlet StoresCollaborate with the District Manager and Store Managers to support HR‑related topics and projects across the North‑East outlet network.Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeisation, training coverage) to identify trends and propose solutions.Support recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives tailored to retail needs.Facilitate employee engagement programmes and contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline development.Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, acting as a point of reference for HR‑related matters in the region.ProfileMinimum 5 year experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in both corporate and retail environments.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable insights.Fluent in Italian and English.Willingness to travel occasionally to retail locations in the North‑East.What We OfferA strategic HR role with exposure to both headquarter and field operations.
