Join our fast-growing Cisco Business Unit, helping partners accelerate their business across Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, Cloud, and Infrastructure Solutions.Your RoleAs a Customer Success Specialist – Cisco, you will support the growth of our Cisco business by helping partners identify opportunities, maximize Cisco programs, and achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners within the Cisco ecosystem.
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, digital tools, and the Ingram Micro XvantageTM platform.
* Manage the partner lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
* Build trusted relationships with partners, helping them maximize the value of Cisco solutions and programs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to execute joint growth strategies.
* Monitor pipeline performance and business results, contributing to the achievement of sales and growth targets.
* Provide market insights and partner feedback to support business planning, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous improvement.
* Promote Cisco programs, incentives, services, and enablement activities, helping partners expand their capabilities and business potential.What We're Looking For* Previous experience in sales, customer success, business development, account management, or customer engagement roles, preferably within the IT, technology, distribution, vendor, or system integrator environment.
* Experience with Cisco technologies or channel business is an advantage, but not mandatory.
* Interest in technology and channel business.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset.
* Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English.

Lgs. 96/2026.Salary Range: The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges from EUR 30,000 to EUR 38,000.
The final compensation package will be determined based on objective criteria, including:
* Relevant professional experience and skills;
* Certifications and technical expertise;
* Scope and responsibilities of the role;
* Internal equity and market benchmarks.Additional compensation components and benefits may include:* Meal vouchers;
* Welfare and insurance programs linked to the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement;
* Participation in company incentive plans, where applicable.
