We are looking for We are looking for a driven and enthusiasticCustomer Success Team Lead for the Italian market (m/f/d) , based in Milan, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team. Your role in BizAwayAs a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives. Your main responsibilities will be: Lead, coach, and inspire your team of CSEs, supporting their personal and professional growth Oversee the customer journey delivered by your team, from onboarding to adoption, renewals, and expansion; ensuring clients maximize value from BizAway Drive commercial success by supporting upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiations Monitor client health and team performance using dashboards, KPIs, and Salesforce Anticipate renewal risks, design mitigation plans, and secure contract renewals Collaborate with Support, Service, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience Your basic qualificationsYou have proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success,
