This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction at our Pratica di Mare and Aprilia locations.What is your day to day?Represent the FM function on site and be a point of contact for the client in case of questionsDevelop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the rest of the Facility Management Team and the clientOversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the clientAssist with the development and management of the facilities budgets for the buildings and grounds in your scope, by interfacing closely with the client representativeManage the delivery of the facility services (both hard and soft) through in-house or outsourced teamsEnsure the smooth day-to-day operations, communications and needs of corporate tenant areasRegularly review performance of own and outsourced teams through KPI management and governanceDesired Experience And Technical SkillsRequiredMinimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantStrong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staffExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsProficient in MS Office and MS SharePointComputer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systemsSupervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessaryCritical environment/lab experiencePreferredBachelor's Degree in Facility Management or similar through experienceKnowledge of life sciences industry, office and/or manufacturing facilitiesOversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.Versione ItalianaCosa comporta questo lavoroLa figura di Facility Manager sarà il punto di contatto unico in loco responsabile della gestione degli impianti, assistendo Senior FM o Regional Manager nella fornitura di servizi di facility management di qualità.
