With 13,000+ employees and 60+ offices, we serve over 4,800 customers globally.About the RoleWe are looking for a talented professional to join Cedacri’s Finance team as an Accounting & Tax Specialist. Selected candidates will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.Your Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with national and international accounting standards (OIC/IFRS).Manage periodic tax obligations (VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding taxes, tax returns).Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements.Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations, assessing their impact on the company.Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities.Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to ensure proper application of tax regulations across business processes.Contribute to the improvement of accounting and tax processes, including ERP system optimization.Contribute to managing accounting aspects relating to HR management.Other DutiesYou may be asked to support additional finance‑related tasks as your role evolves.Qualifications and ExperienceMaster’s degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably with honors).3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms (e.g., Big 4).In‑depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international standards (IFRS).Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.Accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Fluency in Italian and knowledge of English.Availability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia‑Romagna.What We OfferPermanent employment contract.LocationMilan, Emilia‑Romagna, Italy.Additional InformationAccording to Italian Law L.68/99, candidates from the disability list will be given priority.Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Accounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustry: Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
