Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Learn more at . Your role: Your key duties and responsibilities - Ensure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with national and international accounting standards (OIC/IFRS)- Manage periodic tax obligations (VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding taxes, tax returns)- Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities- Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations, assessing their impact on the company- Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities- Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to ensure proper application of tax regulations across business processes- Contribute to the improvement of accounting and tax processes, including ERP system optimization- Contribute to manage accounting aspects relating to HR managementOther duties You may be asked to support additional finance-related tasks as your role evolves.Your skills, experience, and qualifications required - Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably with honors)- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms (Big 4)- In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international standards (IFRS)- Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools- Accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English- Availability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia-RomagnaWhat we offer: Permanent employment contract.Location: Milan
